Leadership in Medicine: Southeast Asia is a one-year certificate program offering an immersive learning experience for health care leaders in Malaysia, Southeast Asia, Australia and the Pacific region.
As a program scholar, you will improve your ability to optimize health care quality and safety, maintain excellence in health care service and patient care—and lead your health care teams, projects and organization to success. The program will be of benefit to clinicians who are transitioning or seeking to transition into administrative management or executive roles; medical and non-medical personnel and staff who aspire to become directors, executives and administrators will also find tremendous value in the knowledge and skills taught.

The Surgical Leadership Program is a year-long certificate program designed for surgeons seeking to acquire the nontechnical, executive skills needed to step into leadership positions and excel as heads of departments, divisions, projects and institutions.
Participants will learn directly from Harvard's leading faculty across all areas influencing surgical leadership, including communication, mentoring, change management, process and quality improvement, financial management, surgical research and technique. Anchored by three international four-day workshops in London and Boston, the course culminates with a personalized capstone project, enabling you to apply what you have learned in a context that advances the immediate and long-term goals of your home institution.

Harvard Medical School's Safety, Quality, Informatics and Leadership program offers an exclusive opportunity to explore the cornerstones of high-quality health care.
Safety, Quality, Informatics and Leadership is a one-year certificate program that consists of three, multi-day workshops; dynamic live webinars and pre-recorded lectures; and team-based peer collaboration. This program is designed to help participants develop knowledge and skills in the science and implementation of safety and quality programs in a hospital setting.
When the participants graduate from their Harvard Medical School leadership programs, they will have a strong foundation to build on that can help them bring about important change in their home countries, or respond to pressing problems their organizations or communities face, in the most effective way."
